Collyfobble Brewery

About

Collyfobble opened in the summer of 2017 and began with a small but perfectly formed family of ‘belting good’ beers, brewed in the old-fashioned way. We use great ingredients, generations of knowledge and an almost unhealthy obsession with perfection.

Our master brewer eats, sleeps and, if he could, breathes beer. He worked for Thornbridge Brewery at Ashford-in-the-water before coming to the Collyfobble team and what he doesn’t know about crafting the perfect pint, isn’t worth knowing.

Why not join us in our taproom where you’ll not only get a ‘belting good’ pint but also a fantastic view. If it’s a dull and dreary day and the countryside isn’t looking its best, there’s a big screen TV on the opposite wall.

We can arrange a personal tour of the brewery on request where you can also meet our master brewer and taste some of our ales.

A sample of the Beers
Mild, Tha Knows (mild, you know) – a traditional Derbyshire mild
Dunna Wittle (don’t worry) – Derbyshire blonde beer
Bob On! (great) – Derbyshire best bitter
‘Supwiyo (what’s wrong with you) – Derbyshire pale ale
