Detached dormer bungalow, 3 double bedrooms (TV's). 1 on ground floor. Sleeps 6 and 1 (fold away bed and travel cot available). 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) each with low level bath with shower. The property is well equipped having a spacious lounge with TV, books, DVD player and some children's games. There is a separate dining room with access to a well equipped kitchen containing washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, easy to use induction hob and electric oven/grill. Also fridge freezer, the property has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. There is also a toilet on ground floor. Outside an enclosed garden with seating area (BBQ available). There is also a further gated area offering adequate private off road parking, the property is within an area which offers many activities and places of interest for all ages.

All of which are within walking distance or a short drive. For visitors wishing to travel further afield the M1 (J29) is within 6 miles of the property and the A61 is approx 2 miles with only a 30 minute drive to Sheffield. Owners are within 5 minutes driving distance.

Road Directions

Fox’s Place is within walking distance of the town centre (20-25 minutes) and can be easily reached by bus (number 80 from the town centre).From North/SouthLeave M1 motorway at junction 29 and take A617 to Chesterfield (approx 4 miles). At roundabout select left lane and take 3rd exit. At next roundabout select left lane and take 1st exit (continuous lane). At traffic lights select middle lane and go straight on. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Matalan) select left lane and take 2nd exit (A619, signposted to Chatsworth). Follow A619 for approx ½ mile at the traffic lights select right hand lane onto Old Road, after approx 200 yards turn left. Access is between 76 and 78 Old Road. From EastFollow A617 to M1 motorway junction, then follow route from North/South.From WestFollow A619 towards Chesterfield. Pass Highwayman Pub on right. Continue on A619 passing petrol station on left hand side. At traffic lights, go straight on (A619). At roundabout (Morrisons) take 1st exit (Old Hall Road) at traffic lights turn right, after approx 100 yards turn right. Access is between 76 and 78 Old Road.
