A two-bedroom, two large rain-shower ensuites, with a king-sized sofa bed in the open lounge area. Fully fitted kitchen, and wide spaces on one level, making this a very accessible home from home, to a 4-star standard. 

Free parking on the main house driveway, a private entrance, provides guests with a self-contained space. This is a whole of property booking, whether there is 1 or 6 people in your group.

High speed Wi-Fi (800MB) attracts professional workers and teenage children alike, with a full-service TV package of SKY movies and sport, and a console connect cable.

This is a full-service accommodation, meaning all you have to bring is yourselves. 
Quiet location despite the housing around, and pet friendly too, meaning you can bring your dogs with you. 

Maintained to a very high standard, having been fully renovated in 2019, and powered in part by solar. 

Excellent restaurants and pubs (dog friendly) in Chesterfield, and surrounding nearby villages, and minutes from the amazing Peak District, with Chatsworth, Bakewell, Buxton and the valley within a short distance.

Road Directions

From North/South Leave M1 at junction 29 and follow A617 to Chesterfield (approx 4 miles). At roundabout select middle lane and take 2nd exit. At next roundabout select right lane and take 2nd exit. Keep to right hand lane and go straight on through traffic lights and round 'Crooked Spire' Church. Select right hand lane. At traffic lights go straight on. Keep to right hand lane as approach large roundabout with car park in middle. Follow signs to Sheffield round the roundabout. At mini roundabout take 1st exit (B6051, Newbold Road). Go straight on at the first two roundabouts and then right at the roundabout by the Nag’s head onto to B6150. Turn left onto Dunston Lane and left again onto Kirkstone Road. After 335 feet, turn right onto Loundes Wood Avenue and then left onto Willow Garth Road. Turn right to continue on this road and the property will be on the right. 

From East Take A617 to M1 motorway junction, then follow route from North/South.

From West Take the A619 to Chesterfield. Pass Brookfield Community School on left and at traffic lights turn left onto Storrs Road. Follow road to its end and, at mini roundabout take 1st exit. Take first right turn (Slack Lane). At roundabout take 2nd exit (B6150). At next two roundabouts take 2nd exit (B6150) and then turn left onto Newbold Road (B6051). After approx ½ mile, turn right onto Keswick Drive, left onto Newby Road then continue onto Cordwell Avenue. Turn right onto Willow Garth Road and then left to stay on that road. The property will be on the left.
