Hills Farm Cottage

About

Hills Farm Cottage is set in 38 acres of the owner's farmland which is used for keeping horses. Enjoying splendid views of the surrounding countryside, the Cottage is also convenient for the amenities of nearby Dronfield.

There are plenty of walks from the door, whilst a short drive takes you to the market town of Chesterfield or attractions such as The Peak District, Renishaw Hall, Haddon Hall, Hardwick Hall and the splendours of Chatsworth.

The Cottage has a good size elegant lounge with French doors leading onto the front garden, with a marvellous view across the countryside. A light, well equipped fitted kitchen with dining area leads off the lounge. There are two bedrooms upstairs and both can have a double bed or two single beds on request. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is a large bathroom downstairs. Hills Farm Cottage has everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Derbyshire.

Prices range from £370 to £750 depending on the week. For the best price, call direct on 07979 605379.

Available to let over Christmas and New Year.
