    Take a walk with the Head Gardener around the lakes and grounds at Renishaw Hall. It’s mostly a level route with one steep descent and a longer climb at the end. Afterwards explore the formal borders and woodland trails of the gardens.

    This circular walk will take us from Eastwood Park along the Spital Trail to Queens Park. We will return along the new bike trail to the Rail Station then via Spital Cemetery where the two men who gave Chesterfield these parks are buried.

    Heading west out of Chesterfield for a walk over farmland on rural tracks and footpaths, along a hidden valley then dropping into Holymoorside. We then take a stroll back along the River Hipper into Somersall Park and back to the start.
