Sunday 4 July
The last day of the Festival and it’s time to ‘Dance Around a Barn’, a 14 mile walk around Dronfield with the Dronfield Barn project at the heart of it, and taking in the beautiful Moss, Drone and Cordwell Valleys.
Alternatively, try something Japanese on the Forest Bathing walk, a short walk round the Linacre woodlands. Shinrin Yoku is the Japanese practice of using all your senses to experience the forest around you, definitely something new for this year’s Festival.
We finish with an afternoon stroll to find out how much you know about bees. Can you tell a honey bee from a bumblebee? Do you know the link between bumblebees and tomato sauce? Get all the answers on the Great Big Bumblebee Safari with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.
We hope you’ve enjoyed some fascinating walks this year exploring our pretty countryside, discovering more about our history and heritage and having fun on our family walks.
We hope to see you again next year.
