About

“Bathe your senses in nature”.  Come and absorb the restorative powers of nature with Donna and Natalie from Growth Activities who will be leading your forest bathing experience through the prehistoric gorge.

Shinrin Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing, originated in Japan and involves spending time in nature to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Join us at dawn to witness the Crags awakening for the day, let the restorative powers of nature absorb all your senses as you walk in the footsteps of our ancestors and connect with yourself and your environment through the gentle practice of Shinrin Yoku.
