This ancient custom is only found in Derbyshire Etwall Well Dressing will have 8 decorated Wells along with entertainment and a variety of stalls.

Well Location:
Village Green, near entrance to John Port School off Main Street (dressed by Etwall WI)
In front of Etwall Alms Houses, behind St Helen’s Church (dressed by residents, grandchildren and friends of Mill Meadow Way)
Church Hill, behind St Helens Church (dressed by Kadampa Primary School)
Entrance to Etwall Cricket Club, Churchill (dressed by club members)
The Blenheim House Hotel, Main Street
The Hawk and Buckle Inn, Main Street
Scout Hut, Sandypits Lane(dressed by 155th Etwall Scout Group)l
Rear of Etwall Primary School (dressed by parents and staff of Etwall Primary School

Besides the 8 well dressing sites around the village there will be a HAVE-A-GO at well dressing tent, where visitors can try their hand at making a well dressing. The event will also include a variety of family entertainment on the 21st and 22nd May, including traditional dancing, a small children's funfair, musical entertainment, children's entertainment, over 30 craft stalls, an art exhibition by local artists, ferret racing... and more.
Both St Helens Church and Etwall Methodist Church will be florally decorated.
