Also at this Venue
This walk celebrates the refurbishment and continued opening of the public conveniences in both Clay Cross and Ashover. The walk is nearly all along off road footpaths, starting within 200 metres of the centre of Clay Cross. It follows mainly steady inclines on a route that culminates by reaching The Fabric Local Nature Reserve, with spectacular views in all directions. There will be time in Ashover to have refreshments. The return to Clay Cross is by a different, lower route. Free copies of the route will be available to walkers.
