Set in 6 acres of countryside Teversal is a high class site. The on site amenity block offers luxury facilities with underfloor heating. We are open all year and have many hardstanding pitches. Many miles of cycle and walking tracks can be accessed from the site.

Money saving deals for families and the over 55s with the Camping and Caravanning Club. Modern children's play area. Dogs allowed and ideal dog walking is available from site. Bus stop and pub 300 yds. Well stocked site shop selling newspapers, local fresh produce and camping supplies.

Arrival times, midday to 8 pm, arrivals after 8 pm by prior arrangement.

Recycling facilities on site and there are eco friendly features to the amenity block including rainwater harvesting, sun tubes and sensor controlled heating and lighting.
Escape the urban jungle and spend a night under canvas in Teversal Camping and Caravanning Club Site's luxurious Safari Tents! The Safari tents are available 3 March to 29 September 2012. Each tent sleeps four arranged in two bedrooms - one double bed and one twin room (can be made into a double). Fully furnished with proper beds, pillows, duvets, fridge, kitchen area, two-ring burner, grill, table and chairs, kitchen sink, BBQ, deckchairs, water carrier, cooking equipment and crockery. Electric lighting and electric socket. Full access to all the on-site facilities.

From North/South
Leave M1 motorway at junction 28 and take A38 towards Mansfield. At traffic lights turn left onto B6027 (sign posted Huthwaite). Go straight over 2 mini roundabouts, up hill and straight over at traffic lights. At crossroads (Co-op) turn left. After 1½ miles at end of road turn right onto B6014 and follow road for 1 mile. Turn left before Carnarvon Country Pub and Kitchen into Silverhill Lane. Site is 300 yds on left.

From East
Leave Mansfield on A617 towards Chesterfield. At traffic lights (Tesco Extra) go straight on. At next traffic lights (Rutland Arms Pub) turn left (Abbot Road, A6075). Follow road up hill to traffic lights and turn right (Skegby Lane). Follow road to roundabout and take 2nd exit (Fackley Road, B6014). Follow road down hill and go under railway bridge. Turn right immediately after Carnarvon Country Pub and Kitchen into Silverhill Lane. Site is 300 yds on left.

From West
Follow A617 from Chesterfield to junction with M1 motorway. At roundabout take 5th exit (A6175 singposted Clay Cross). At next roundabout take 1st exit (B6039). Follow road into Tibshelf (approx 3 miles) passing Herb Garden on right and Famous Shoulder pub on left. At mini roundabout (White Hart) take 1st exit (Mansfield Road, B6014). Follow road for approx 2 miles and turn left just before Carnarvon Country Pub and Kitchen into Silverhill Lane. Site is 300 yds on left.
