Our 16th year & still welcoming returning & new visitors to this lovely farm cottage. Spacious, very comfortable and well equipped cottage which is presented to a very high standard.Large farmhouse kitchen & cosy sitting room with flatscreen TV. Garden room with cottage suite overlooking countryside & downstairs WC. Enclosed garden with furniture & BBQ. Upstairs there is a large landing leading to a double (upgraded Jan 2013) & twin room. The white bathroom suite has a shower over the bath with sink & WC (upgraded Jan 2013). Located in peaceful country surroundings with lovely views & walks on nearby trails. Children and pets welcome.

From North/South
Leave M1 motorway at junction 29 and take A6175 towards Clay Cross. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit. At next roundabout take 1st exit (B6039). Locko Lane is approximately 3 miles on right. Cottage approx ¼ mile down road on right.

From East
Follow A617 to M1 roundabout and take 2nd exit (A6175) towards Clay Cross. Then follow route from North/South.

From West
Follow A619 (Chatsworth Road) to Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Lidl on left) select middle lane and take 3rd exit. Keep in left lane and, at traffic lights go straight on. As approacht roundabout select right lane and take 3rd exit. At traffic light controlled roundabout select left lane and take 2nd exit (A617). Follow road to motorway roundabout (approx 4 miles). Select right lane and take 5th exit (A6175) towards Clay Cross. Then follow route from North/South.
