"From the moment you arrive you will be made to feel welcome and special". Ravencar Farm is a barn conversion with exposed stone walls and roof beams dating back to the 17th century. Guests have their own entrance and reception hall from where a staircase leads up to a galleried landing and the bedrooms.

We are a great base for exploring Renishaw Hall, Hardwick Hall, Bolsover Castle and Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock and Sheffield are also close by.
We are near to junction 30 of the M1.

From North/South
Leave M1 motorway at junction 30 and take A6135 towards Sheffield (following brown signs for Renishaw Hall). Follow road for approx 3½ miles passing through Renishaw, going past Sitwell Arms Hotel on right and golf course on left to traffic lights at crossroads. Turn left onto B6052 and follow road through Eckington (approx 1½ miles). Pass 2 petrol stations on left. Turn right after Eckington Secondary School into Ravencar Farm.

From East
Follow A617 to M1 motorway roundabout and take 4th exit (M1 North). Leave motorway at next junction (30) and follow route from North/South.

From West
Follow A619 to Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Matalan) select middle lane and take 3rd exit. Keep in left lane and at traffic lights go straight on. Keep in left lane and, at roundabout select middle lane and take second exit, turning immediately left down slip road onto A61. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Tesco) take 2nd exit (A61). At next roundabout (Little Chef) take 4th exit (B6052). Follow road for approx 4 miles to Eckington. At end of road turn left (B6056 signposted Marsh Lane and Dronfield). Continue for ½ mile to Total Filling Station. Turn right after Eckington Secondary School into Ravencar Farm.
