The cottage is very spacious, has a big lounge and a very well equipped large kitchen with a dining area. This property has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The lounge has a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a patio with wooden garden furniture and barbecue. Access to a big lawned garden. Children and pets are very welcome. The owners live nearby so arrival time is flexible.

From North/South
Leave M1 motorway at Junction 29 and take A6175 signposted Clay Cross. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit (A6175). At next roundabout take 1st exit (B6039). Follow road for approx 1¾ miles. Turn left beside the Famous Shoulder pub into Deep Lane (signposted Hardwick Hall). Follow road for approx 300 yards. Yew Tree Farm is on left.

From East
Follow A617 to M1 motorway roundabout and take 2nd exit (A6175 signposted Clay Cross), then follow route from North/South.

From West
Follow A619 to Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Lidl on left) select middle lane and take 3rd exit. Keep in left lane and, at traffic lights, go straight on. As approach roundabout select right hand lane and take 3rd exit. At next roundabout (traffic light controlled) select left lane and take 2nd exit (A617). Follow road to roundabout (approx 4 miles) and take 5th exit (A6175) towards Clay Cross, then follow route from North/South.
