Chesterfield Medieval Fun Day
Join us as Chesterfield remembers it's Medieval past with the annual Chesterfield Medieval Fun Day on Tuesday 25 July 2017.
Taking place across the town with a variety of stalls in the Market Place, Medieval themed entertainment, knights in battle in the grounds of the Crooked Spire, A Day in the Middle Ages event at Chesterfield Museum, Crooked Spire open day and much more.
A great day out for all the family!
Head to the Medieval encampment in the grounds of the Crooked Spire with living history 10am - 4pm
Troop marches 11am & 1.30pm
Skirmishes 12.30pm & 2.30pm
Take a trip up the tower for a close up view of the Spire and see Chesterfield from up high.Tours will take place throughout the day.

The Market Place will be full of stalls for you to take a look at, from charity stands to street food as well as a whole host of traders from our general and flea markets. The Market Hall will also be open 9am - 5pm.
New Square will come alive with a Fun Fair hosted by Proctors with Mad House, . Open Tuesday 25 & Wednesday 26 July 10am - 4pm
